I bought her from a gentleman in Bendigo approx. 7-8 years ago. The original Pacer motor dropped a valve/or big end and I still have the original motor for the car. Now runs a a Hemi performance 265 and Charger single rail 4 speed.

The car as far back as I can get info for was built by a local lawyer in the origanal colours (mid 1980's).He changed the interior to the maroon trim, and fitted a 360 with auto.
The car then changed hands a few times. One previous owner banged the car up in the front end and folded the bonnet back.The car was then sold with a 340 but never ran as engine was in pieces.
I bought the car and stripped all the damaged panels and rebuilt it as I was looking for a car to build to go racing with.The car got a second chance of life with me as I could not see much of a future for it in the state it was in.
The car has won best competiton vehicle and was recently in Street machine magazine.

1971 2 door Pacer. 245 Hemi, 3 speed manual. Striking Wimbeldon (?) white paint with red sidewinder 245 Hemi stripes in amazing original condition. No rust and near perfect panel, paint and trim. "Pacer" NSW plates. Sydney car.

Owned the car for 36 years. Second owner. Car in dry storage for 35 years. Car all original except previous owner dusted a silver acrylic top coat over original paint. Fortunately he used no pre-prep or primer. Assume occured when a right rear quarter repair was done.
